1. Who we are

The App and this website are provided by Kylan Studio. You can reach us at contact@kylan.com.

2. Information we collect

• Guest account: when you play online, the App creates an anonymous guest account with Google Firebase Authentication. It is identified by a random ID, not by your name or email address.
• Linked account (optional): if you choose to link a Google or Apple account, we receive the account identifier and the basic profile information that provider shares for sign-in.
• Display name: the name you choose is shown to the players you play with and is saved with the online matches you take part in.
• Online game data: moves, results, room codes and the matchmaking details needed to run quick matches and private rooms.
• Technical data: when the App connects, our game server receives your IP address and connection details as part of normal network operation and server logs.

3. Information kept on your device

• Profile photo: if you pick a photo from your gallery as your avatar, the App keeps a copy on your device (and in your device's own backups, such as iCloud or Google backup, if you use them). It is not uploaded to our servers.
• App settings are saved locally on your device.
• Play vs bots and Pass and play run entirely on your device and work without an Internet connection.

4. How we use information

• To run online matches, matchmaking and private rooms.
• To show your display name to the players you play with.
• To keep the service secure and to prevent cheating and abuse.
• To answer your questions and requests.

We do not sell your information. The App does not show ads and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

5. Service providers

We share information only with the providers needed to run the App:

• Google Firebase, for account authentication.
• Google or Apple, only if you choose to link your account with them.
• The provider that hosts our game servers.
• Vercel, which hosts this website and processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver it.

6. Keeping and deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time in the App. This removes your player record, your name on past matches and your Firebase account from our systems.

You can also ask us to delete your data by writing to contact@kylan.com.

7. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security and your rights

The App talks to our servers over encrypted connections, and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No system is completely secure.

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to how we use it. Contact us to make a request.

9. This website

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It sets a single cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, only when you choose a language, so it can remember that choice.
