1. Accepting these Terms

By downloading, installing or using the App, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2. Who can play

If the law where you live requires it, you need permission from a parent or guardian to use the App.

3. Your account

• Online play uses a guest account that the App creates for you automatically. Linking a Google or Apple account is optional.
• You are responsible for what happens on your device and account, so keep your device secure.
• You can delete your account at any time in the App.

4. Fair play

When you play online, please:

• Do not cheat, use automated tools or modified versions of the App, or exploit bugs.
• Do not choose a display name that is offensive, hateful or impersonates someone else.
• Do not harass other players or disrupt matches.
• Do not try to access, overload or interfere with our servers.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

5. Just for fun

Games in the App are played for fun only. There are no real-money bets or prizes, the App does not offer in-app purchases, and it is not a gambling service.

6. Our content and your licence

The App, its artwork and its software belong to Kylan Studio or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment.

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from (App Store or Google Play).

7. Availability and liability

Online features need an Internet connection and our servers. We work to keep them running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or discontinue features.

The App and this website are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of them. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the App at any time and delete your account in the App. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we stop providing the service.

9. Changes and contact
